GST - All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.

FREIGHT - $25.00 freight charge covers all items upto 10kgs in Victoria,NSW, Tasmania and South Australia and includes GST
- Queensland, Western Australia and Northern Territory Price on Application
WARRANTY - All products come with 12 months warranty from date of purchase.
1. BCB Sales & Service (Vic) Warranty covers faulty workmanship, product and material defect. It does not cover misuse, modifications, wear and tear.
2. All Products supplied shall be subject to the specific warranty terms of the applicable manufacturer.
3. BCB Sales & Service (Vic) will not accept liability for the cost of assembly, disassembly, installation or removal.
4. All freight charges must be paid by the customer when the goods are returned for warranty assessment.
5. BCB Sales & Service (Vic) liability is limited to full replacement of the item or a refund of the purchase price.
6. Date of purchase must be provided along with original invoice and completed warrnaty returns form. See Pdf attachment below.
RETURNS -
No Goods can be returned unless:
1. Prior Authorisation has been given by BCB Sales & Service (Vic)
2. Copy of original invoice and completed returns form. See Pdf attachment below..
3. Returns are to be made within 7 days from receipt of goods. After this period a 20% restocking fee applies.
4. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and must not be soiled or damaged.
5. Freight cost to return goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.
6. Any item that is modified cannot be returned.
7. Any goods damaged in transit are non returnable and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE - We DO NOT apply a surcharge on credit card transactions.
